Add benchmarks for zero-allocation hot paths and optimize L2Hub MAC learning

Add comprehensive benchmarks across all packages confirming zero-allocation
behavior on data-plane hot paths: Frame/Packet accessors, L2Hub forwarding,
L3Hub routing, L2Adapter bridging, ARP/NDP lookup, checksum computation,
NAT translation, TCP segment parsing, and buffer operations.

Optimize L2Hub forwarding to skip sync.Map.Store when the source MAC is
already learned on the same port, eliminating 3 allocs/op on the forwarding
hot path (148 ns → 57 ns single-threaded, 287 ns → 3.2 ns parallel).

Update README with nat subpackage description and performance table.
