chore: sync package-lock.json with updated gewisdb-ts-client dependency

Regenerates the lockfile to include axios@1.14.0 and proxy-from-env@2.1.0
which are now required by the updated gewisdb-ts-client git dependency.
Fixes all Dependabot PRs failing with "Missing: axios@1.14.0 from lock file".
