maint #247 clarify standardize_pseudos/reals layering; remove redundant pre-normalisation (#261)

The ophyd @pseudo_position_argument / @real_position_argument decorators
normalise user input at the diffractometer layer (returning namedtuples).
standardize_pseudos() / standardize_reals() normalise at the solver/Core
layer (returning AxesDict). They are complementary, not duplicates.

Remove three redundant standardize_* calls in diffract.py where the ophyd
decorator already handles flexible input: move_forward_with_extras(),
move_inverse_with_extras(), and move_reals(). Use ._asdict() directly in
move_reals() since the decorator guarantees a namedtuple on entry.

Expand docstrings on both Core methods to document the two-layer design.
