* maint #252 consolidate type aliases from misc.py into hklpy2/typing.py

Move KeyValueMap, NamedFloatDict, Matrix3x3, NUMERIC, AxesDict, AxesArray,
AxesList, AxesTuple, AnyAxesType, BlueskyPlanType, INPUT_VECTOR to
hklpy2/typing.py; re-export from misc.py for backward compatibility.
Update all internal import sites; type aliases removed from hklpy2.__init__
per project policy (programmer API, not user API).

Prevents AutoAPI from documenting type aliases in misc.py that are now
canonically defined in hklpy2.typing, fixing the RST inline-strong
warning in the docs CI build.

* fix #252 remove type alias autosummary from misc.py docstring

The autosummary entries for INPUT_VECTOR and similar names triggered an
RST inline-strong warning in Sphinx (-W). Type aliases are now documented
in hklpy2.typing; misc.py docstring notes the move instead.
