fix(dataTable): verified column doesn't use modal DEV-1937 (#6916)

### 📣 Summary

Verified column in Project → Data → Table no longer displays option to
show a modal with full value. We always display "Yes", "No" or empty
cell, no need for modal.

### 💭 Notes

I saw cell values were misaligned when I made the fix for verified
column. I added small style tweak to fix that.

1. ℹ️ Have an account and a project with audio question and submissions
and analysis questions
2. Go to Project → Data → Table
3. 🔴 [on main] Notice that "Verified…" columns display an icon button
for opening a modal
4. 🟢 [on PR] Notice that "Verified…" columns display simply text value
"Yes", "No" or empty cell
