[bench] Replace AWK tx/s script with b.ReportMetric

  Add test.ReportTxPerSecond(b) helper and call it from all benchmarks.
  Cap batch benchmarks to exactly b.N transactions for accurate reporting.
  Remove bench-tx-per-sec.awk and Makefile AWK pipes.
