* fix: modernize util.cpp - use range-based for loop and QString constructor

* 📝 Add docstrings to `fix/modernize-util`

Docstrings generation was requested by @annejan.

The following files were modified:

* `src/util.cpp`

* docs: move Util class documentation to header file

- Removed duplicate documentation comments from util.cpp
- Added proper doxygen docs to util.h for all public methods
- Consistent documentation pattern: header for public API, implementation has no docs
