fix: parseSshConfig LocalForward skipped when ProxyJump appears first

The ProxyJump processing block ended with 'break', exiting the line
loop before any subsequent LocalForward directives were reached.
Replace 'break' with a 'jumpHost' guard + 'continue' so the loop
finishes all lines regardless of directive order.
