Fix trailblazer to commit all or none (#528) (patch)

## Description
The update handler commits every time an entry is modified. For the functions regarding updating analyses, we moved the commit calls to the service layer, so that we could do a full rollback if anything fails

### Changed

- Moved the commits to the service layer for CRUD functions `update_analysis` and `update_analysis_delivery`
