extend test suite for full pinning semantic and branch coverage

Add 31 new tests across 10 files covering pinned subject-ID math,
topic allocation with pinning, gossip CRDT convergence for pinned
topics, name resolution edge cases, adversarial frame validation,
API contracts for pin-stripped names, and E2E scenarios for reliable
delivery, ordered subscribers, and pattern matching with pinning.
