add e2e tests for pin cohabitation, convergence, and gossip name invariants

Four new tests in test_api_pinning_e2e_cohabitation.cpp:
- Multi-node cohabitation: two/three topics sharing a pinned subject-ID
  with verified data isolation (no cross-topic misdelivery).
- Inconsistent pin convergence: nodes with divergent pins (unpinned,
  #1234, #123) converge to the lowest pin per the README contract.
- Gossip name invariants: every gossip frame carries a normalized name
  (no '#' pin suffix, no '//' double separator, no leading/trailing '/')
  and hash == rapidhash(gossiped_name).
