Replaced deprecated nexus-staging-maven-plugin (oss.sonatype.org) with
central-publishing-maven-plugin 0.7.0 pointing to central.sonatype.com,
and updated GitHub Actions workflows to use server-id: central.

Profile-level properties do not trigger Maven profile activation, so skipPerformanceTests
set inside compatibility-mode never activated the skip-performance-tests profile.
Move the surefire exclusion directly into compatibility-mode.
Also disable site-maven-plugin in site-release profile to prevent deployment failure
when target/site does not yet exist; GitHub Pages deployment is handled by actions-gh-pages.

* fix: remove site-maven-plugin from build to prevent site:site conflict

com.github.github:site-maven-plugin has prefix 'site' (from artifact id site-maven-plugin),
same as maven-site-plugin. Running 'mvn site:site' invokes it directly via the CLI
(default-cli execution), bypassing any lifecycle/profile phase overrides.
GitHub Pages is already deployed by peaceiris/actions-gh-pages so the plugin is redundant.

* fix: use fully-qualified maven-site-plugin to avoid prefix conflict with site-maven-plugin

com.github.github:site-maven-plugin (artifact id: site-maven-plugin) claims the 'site'
