fix: use fully-qualified maven-site-plugin to avoid prefix conflict with site-maven-plugin

com.github.github:site-maven-plugin (artifact id: site-maven-plugin) claims the 'site'
prefix, conflicting with maven-site-plugin. Maven resolves the prefix to the wrong plugin
even when site-maven-plugin is only in pluginManagement. Using the fully-qualified group id
removes the ambiguity entirely.
