* feat: v0.4.0 — Expanded GraphQL DSL (mutate, paginate)

- Add GraphqlClient#mutate — semantic write method, same transport as query
- Add GraphqlClient#paginate — cursor-following for raw queries; dot-separated
  path: resolves nested connections (e.g. "order.lineItems")
- Extract GraphqlClient#execute (private) — shared POST logic
- Extract GraphqlClient#dig_path (private) — nested key resolution
- Remove stale 0.8.0 Pagination roadmap entry; renumber Retry/backoff to 0.8.0
- 145 examples, 0 failures, 100% coverage, 0 RuboCop offenses

* fix: add x86_64-linux platform to Gemfile.lock for CI

bundle lock --add-platform x86_64-linux resolves the Ubuntu runner
platform mismatch that caused bundle install to fail with exit code 16.
