* feat: v0.3.0 — Pagination helpers and bin/lint

- Add Printavo::Page (records, has_next_page, end_cursor, to_a, size, empty?)
- Add Resources::Base#each_page — yields each page, follows cursors automatically
- Add Resources::Base#all_pages — flat array across all pages
- All 5 resources implement fetch_page; all/each_page/all_pages backward compatible
- Jobs forwards order_id: via **kwargs through the full pagination stack
- Add bin/lint — multi-Ruby RuboCop runner mirroring bin/spec
- Update roadmap: Pagination promoted to 0.3.0; Webhooks slot repurposed
- 137 examples, 0 failures, 100% coverage, 0 RuboCop offenses
