docs: hardware spec invariant audit + HW-0102 fix (#574)

Adversarial audit of hw-requirements.md against three invariants:
remote recoverability, update atomicity, deep sleep current.

7 findings: 1 Critical (no reset/boot button), 2 High (pull-up rail
ambiguity, spec silent on firmware update), 2 Medium, 2 Informational.

Also fixes HW-0102 AC1/AC2: input range 2.3-6.0V (effective 3.35V
with Schottky drop), output current 250mA (matches MCP1700 selection).
