* docs: minimal ESP32-C3 schematic design with Qwiic

Schematic design for a minimal sonde sensor node:
- ESP32-C3-MINI-1 with USB-C and Qwiic connectors
- Ultra-low Iq LDO (MCP1700, 1.6 uA), sensor power gating (Si2301)
- Battery input with high-Z divider (2x 10 MOhm, 0.19 uA)
- BOOT + RESET buttons per audit F-001
- I2C pull-ups on gated sensor rail per audit F-002
- Deep sleep budget: ~7 uA typ, ~9.4 uA worst-case (vs 20 uA req)
- Preliminary BOM with LCSC part numbers (~.65 total)

* docs: fix battery calc, `espflash` command, Q1 description, GND net list

- Fix average current calculation: wake current contributes ~0.178 mA,
  not ~0.18 uA — corrects 25x underestimate (31.8 yr -> 1.2 yr)
- Use `espflash write-bin` instead of `espflash flash` to match repo
  guidance (avoids bootloader substitution with merged CI images)
- Align Q1 gate drive description with actual circuit (R9 pull-up + R10
  series resistor, not N-FET level shift)
- Remove erroneous Q1 from GND net (P-FET source/drain on 3V3/SENSOR_3V3)
- Fix 18650 LiPo -> Li-ion terminology
