Improve schedule UI, enhance recording metadata

- Replace oversized schedule badge with compact styled pill + JS
  countdown that updates every 60s without page reload
- Add file sizes to episode listing in the web UI
- Add album, track, genre and copyright to ID3v2 metadata to match
  official Radio-T podcast files
- Increment episode number from site API by 1, since the API returns
  the last published episode but we record the next one
- Scope "stream lost" log to actual stream read errors only
- Revert docker-compose port to default 8080, disable DBG by default
