Add schedule-aware logging and recording window badge in UI

Replace noisy per-tick debug messages with meaningful transition-based
logging: window entry/exit at INFO level, throttled stream checks at
DEBUG (~1/min instead of every 5s). Add duration and file size to the
recording completion log. Show a "LIVE WINDOW" badge in the web UI
when inside the recording window with time-to-show countdown.
