feat: add sshd-test container and improve auth UI

- Add docker/sshd-test: password + pubkey auth 対応のテスト用 SSH コンテナ (port 2223)
- password input の背景色を他フィールドと統一 (input[type='password'] にスタイル適用)
- password プレースホルダー (••••••••) を削除
- Choose key file ボタンを青いアウトラインスタイルに変更 (Disconnect ボタンと同様の挙動)
- key file ボタンを大きくし、ファイル名をボタン横に横並び表示
- 認証タブ表示順を vault → pubkey → password に変更
- history の authType 保存に優先度ロジックを追加 (vault > pubkey > password)
