feat: add system record target type for searching internal records (#21)

Add Target::System to parse system records (stop_hook_summary,
turn_duration, compact_boundary, local_command, api_error, etc.).
Text is the content field when present, otherwise the subtype name.
Subtype is stored as tool_name for the [system:subtype] label.

System records are included in -t all but not in -t default,
so existing behavior is unchanged.
