feat: unify target selection to --targets/-t across all subcommands (#25)

Replace per-type boolean flags (-u, -a, -c, -o, -t, -r, -s, --compact-summary)
in search with --targets/-t comma-separated string, matching dump and last.
Add -t shorthand to dump and last. Support "default" (all content types)
and "all" (will include internal types later). All subcommands now default
to "default".

BREAKING: removes -u, -a, -c, -o, -r, -s short flags and --user, --assistant,
--bash-command, --bash-output, --tool-use, --tool-result, --subagent-prompt,
--compact-summary long flags from search.
