ci (kfmain): remove duplicate kfmain notifications (#6882)

📖 Description
The success notification was firing for kfmain even though the actual
deployment happens in the devops repo pipeline, which has its own
notifications. Now notify-success only runs for feature branches and
public-beta.
📣 Summary
Remove redundant success notification for main deploys since the actual
deployment and notifications are handled in the devops pipeline.
