chore(cleanup): remove unused Serena configuration files and update landing page verification guidelines

- Deleted unused `.serena/.gitignore` and `.serena/project.yml` files.
- Updated the Visual Verification section in `AGENTS.md` to specify that visual changes to both the dashboard and landing page must be verified using Chrome DevTools MCP.
