perf(cypher,nornicdb): hot-path query execution and reduce lock contention

add and validate hot-path handling for mutation/match/traversal shapes used in integration workloads
improve executor mutation flow and merge/match planning paths to reduce slow query stalls/timeouts
expand query-shape regression coverage (migration_query_shapes_test) and related tests
narrow DB/async-engine lock scope to avoid holding coarse locks during expensive operations
