Add coverage tests: branch now at 96.12% vs main 96.11%

32 new tests across 10 existing files:

Model tests (occurrence_test.rb):
- create_from_field_slip, add_to_existing merge path,
  check_field_slip_conflicts, observation_count_within_limits,
  dissolve field_slip/logging paths

Controller tests:
- occurrences: destroy with field_slip, missing occurrence,
  create rescue, source not found, <2 observations error
- field_slips: create/update with observation_ids triggering
  occurrence linking

API tests: high detail GET, created_at filter, single obs error

Component tests: location select, candidate controls, stimulus
  data attributes, include checkbox, primary radio, resolve form
  hidden fields, modal close button

Helper tests: sibling records with iNat links, herbarium records,
  multiple siblings aggregation

Mailer tests: enhanced with recipient/subject/body assertions
