Apply config module integration to Menu component (#2723)

This PR primarily refactors the Menu component so that it utilizes the new config module integration for components. Sass variables have been replaced with CSS variables and smart fallbacks. Documentation has also been updated to reflect these changes.

**Additional changes**

- `docs`: Fixed legacy utility usage `padding-x-md` > `padding-x` and `margin-x-md` > `margin-x`.
- `docs`: Added id prop to menu example component.
- `docs`: Added missing `md` key variant to button size modifiers.
- `docs`: More consistent use of `Fragment` for slots where applicable.
- `docs`: Added missing mixin documentation and make mixin docs more consistent.
- `all`: Remove component mixin prefixes, e.g.: `button.button-variant` > `button.variant`.
- `icon`: Throw an error if style mixin get an invalid style value.
