ci: upload coverage reports as artifact (#457)

* fix(node): remove RngHealthCheckFailed match arm from firmware binary

The RngHealthCheckFailed enum variant was removed during the PR #418
merge resolution -- RNG health-check failure now returns
WakeCycleOutcome::Sleep (graceful degradation). The bin/node.rs match
arm referencing the removed variant was auto-merged from the PR branch
and breaks the ESP32 firmware build.

Add lcov.info and coverage-summary.json as GitHub Actions artifacts
alongside the existing Coveralls upload. This makes per-file coverage
data available for automated gap analysis by LLM agents.

Fixes #456.

* fix(ci): reuse profraw data for coverage JSON report

The \\eport --json\\ step ran in a separate shell that lacked the
\\CARGO_LLVM_COV_TARGET_DIR\\ environment set by \\show-env\\, so it
could not find the profraw files. Move the JSON report into the same
shell block as the lcov report where the environment is available.
