Commit Message

add SignWithExtraData for custom Schnorr domain separation

Export DefaultExtraData (the BLAKE-256 hash used for nonce domain
separation) and add SignWithExtraData that accepts custom extra data.
Sign now delegates to SignWithExtraData with the default value, so
existing behavior is unchanged.
