General trailing-MHC prefix strip, unit tests, v3.15.0

Move trailing-MHC strip ({prefix}MHC-{gene}) to run BEFORE normal
prefix scanning so it works even when the base prefix (e.g., "Mana")
is a valid 4-letter match. Remove ManaMHC as explicit other prefix —
the general mechanism now handles it.

Add 50 unit tests covering:
- Trailing-MHC strip (ManaMHC-DAB*01, case insensitivity, no false
  positives on HLA-A*02:01 or MhcTyal-DAB1)
- 12 new species lookups (Cape, Rhsi, Mygl, Clgl, Odhe, Loaf, etc.)
- Missing prefix alternatives (Ppa, Ptr, Gbb, Gbg, Ggg, Caur)
- Cetacean class II inheritance (DQA1, DQB1, DOA, DOB, DPB1 etc.)
- Missing genes (salmon UGA/UHA/ZE, iguana UB, koala UH, horse DQA/DQB/DRB)

Version bump: 3.15.0. All 51,711 tests pass.
