Add regression tests for issue #101: nested object with anyOf/oneOf distinct branch properties

Covers the TypeError that occurred when a nested type:object property used
anyOf/oneOf with branches that each introduced distinct named properties,
causing _getModifiedValues_* to receive an already-instantiated object
instead of a raw array. The fix from issue #98 resolves this as well.
