fix(e2e): add retry to pre-corruption DB health check in HA test (#6495)

The pre-corruption health check in corruptAndRecover was a one-shot
check that could fail when the leader-checker's split-brain protection
deleted and recreated the DB file between corruption rounds. This caused
flaky failures in the "ovn db should recover automatically from db file
corruption" test, especially on IPv6.

Replace the one-shot check with WaitUntil (1s poll, 30s timeout) to
match the existing post-recovery check pattern, allowing the DB to
stabilize after leader-checker intervention.
