fix(cypher): restore merge-chain correctness across optional/foreach, context props, and batched unique merges

Fix top-level clause segmentation so nested FOREACH bodies are not split/executed as top-level MERGE clauses
Restore FOREACH execution in multi-merge pipelines with preserved OPTIONAL MATCH/WITH context bindings
Resolve context-referenced MERGE pattern properties (for example prop: n.value) before lookup/create
Prevent duplicate-create unique-key conflicts in batched UNWIND ... MERGE flows by reusing matched nodes consistently within the statement
Add/extend regression coverage for optional-match foreach chains, iterative transaction batching with MATCH ... MERGE, coalesced optional-match mutation pipelines, and unique-constraint batched merge paths
