fix(nornic-export): emit parser-safe cypher for fact/event ingestion

Replace fragile MERGE/property expression shapes with conservative statement forms
Precompute fact key parts in Go and avoid split(...)[i] in Cypher property maps
Remove UNWIND inline map batching from exporter output
Add deterministic version_id for FactVersion MERGE and use explicit MATCH+MERGE linking
Eliminate multi-clause chain shapes that caused invalid pattern/scope errors
Add regression tests for exporter query-shape safety and deterministic version IDs
Update failing-shapes doc with root causes, fixes, and validated safe query templates
