Added a MERGE regression in the cypher test suite for:
MERGE (r:Repository {path: $path})
followed by SET r.name = $name, r.is_dependency = $is_dependency
using parameters and a simulated stale label lookup
Fixed MERGE node resolution so it:
compares property values more defensibly
falls back to scanning all nodes if the label lookup misses
recovers from duplicate-create conflicts by re-resolving the existing node instead of failing immediately with already exists
