feat: add Slack alerts for banned chain referral rejections

- Add referralBannedChainRejectionMessage to slackMessages utility
- Send Slack notification when assertReferrerNotBanned detects a chain ban
- Include referrer, invited user, banned wallet, and chain path in alert
- Gracefully handle Slack notification failures (log warning, still throw)
- Pass invitedUser context to assertReferrerNotBanned for richer alerts
- Add test cases for Slack alerts on chain ban and Slack failure resilience
