feat: Support archon://accept alias links and extension UI improvements (#228)

* feat: Support archon://accept?alias=<alias>&did=<did> protocol links (#227)

Add a new protocol link format that lets external apps (e.g. name-service)
provide clickable links to add alias-to-DID mappings to the user's wallet.

Also fix archon:// link detection to use closest("a") so clicks on child
elements (QR codes, text) inside anchor tags are properly intercepted.

- Add scanAliasQrCode() that parses archon://accept?alias=X&did=Y from QR codes
- Add camera button to DID field on react-wallet aliases tab
- Notify open browser wallet tab to refresh when alias is added via popup
- Fix alias list not updating by calling refreshAliases() instead of refreshAll()
