feat: Add QR scanner to aliases tab and refresh browser wallet on alias add

- Add scanAliasQrCode() that parses archon://accept?alias=X&did=Y from QR codes
- Add camera button to DID field on react-wallet aliases tab
- Notify open browser wallet tab to refresh when alias is added via popup
- Fix alias list not updating by calling refreshAliases() instead of refreshAll()
