fix(processing): immutable rollback for accepted optimistic update DEV-1883 (#6825)

Revert user interface correctly in case accepting automatically
generated transcription or translation request failed.

### 💭 Notes

Let's not mutate cached response directly and then pass it as snapshot,
always create a new object.

it yet
4. block the request to `/supplement`
5. try accepting it now
6. notice the toast with an error
