Fix wrong assertion in AAQ e2e test (#4101)

The AAQ CR availability check used ShouldNot(BeTrue()), which asserts
the condition is NOT available — the opposite of the test's intent.
This caused the check to pass immediately while the CR was still
deploying, making it ineffective. Change to Should(BeTrue()) so the
test correctly waits for the AAQ CR to become available.
