CNV-79080: Expose HypervisorConfigurations to HyperConveged CR (#4080)

* Expose Hypervisors field in HyperConverged CR

Propagate spec.hypervisors from HyperConverged CR to KubeVirt CR's
spec.configuration.hypervisors, automatically adding the
ConfigurableHypervisor feature gate when the field is set.

* Use DeepCopy for Hypervisors slice assignment

The Hypervisors field references a vendored KubeVirt type that may gain
pointer or reference fields in the future. Use DeepCopy to be consistent
with adjacent fields and avoid potential shallow-copy issues.
