refactor: reorganize examples and update documentation (#110)

* refactor: reorganize examples and update documentation

- Restructure examples/ into core/, middleware/, extensions/, third_party/
- Add README.md to all example directories with links
- Update root README.md with lifecycle hooks and config docs
- Add testing example demonstrating zhtest package
- Extract needsTLSServer() helper function
- Fix TLS server creation logic for HTTP/3 support
- Update config references to use nested structs (TLS, Extensions, Lifecycle)

* feat(examples): add rendering, route_groups, and request_tracing examples

Add dedicated examples for:
- Response rendering methods (JSON, HTML, text, blob, stream, file, ProblemDetail)
- Route groups with nested middleware
- Request ID tracing and context propagation

Update examples/README.md with links to new examples.
