refactor(validator): consolidate builtins with helpers (#107)

Remove dead-code noop validators (omitempty, each). Add stringVal
and parse*Param helpers to eliminate ~150 lines of repetitive
validation boilerplate. Replace per-call slice alloc in boolean
validator with package-level map for O(1) lookup.
