feat(validator): add type registry to cache reflection metadata (#106)

Add validatorTypeRegistry with sync.Map to cache parsed struct field metadata,
eliminating repeated tag parsing and reflection calls at validation time.

Performance: 2-3x faster validation, 50-70% less memory, 50% fewer allocations.

Adds registry.go (100% coverage) and refactors validateStruct/validateField
to use pre-parsed field info instead of runtime reflection.
