fix(act-pg): use sequential inserts in commit to avoid pg deprecation warning

Promise.all fired concurrent client.query() calls on the same checked-out
pool client when committing multiple events. This triggers the pg@8
deprecation warning and will break in pg@9. Sequential for-loop preserves
correct version ordering and uses one query at a time.
