feat: Add name search and type filter to alias lists (#199)

* feat: Add name search and type filter to alias lists

Add text search field with clear button to filter aliases by name
substring. Add type filter dropdown to gatekeeper/keymaster names tab
(react-wallet and chrome-extension already had type + registry filters).
Also add missing Poll icon detection to gatekeeper getAliasIcon.
