feat: Display client and server version in web clients (#200)

* feat: Display client and server version in web clients

Add version info to all 4 web clients:
- Gatekeeper/keymaster: footer with client version, server version, and URL
- React-wallet/chrome-extension: version section in Settings tab

Server version fetched from /api/v1/version endpoint. Client version
imported from package.json at build time.

Closes #17
