feat(tui): respect columns_order in collection data panel

Add columns_order to test-db/countries for a meaningful display order
(flag, titles, population, area_km2, currency) instead of alphabetical.

Add two tests verifying renderRecords honours columns_order:
- TestRenderRecords_ColumnsOrderRespected: non-L10N non-alphabetical order
- TestRenderRecords_ColumnsOrderWithL10N: L10N expansion preserves order

Also fix sectionTitleStyle width in home panel collections list.
