docs(training): add Day 3 module on web layer with Bandit and Plug (#21)

Adds dia3_modulo_01_web_api.md covering the full web_api implementation:
Plug pipeline, Bandit server, Router, custom Plugs (CorrelationId,
RequestLogger), Controllers as HTTP adapters, Ports/Adapters pattern
in the web layer, Serializers, OpenAPI integration, and testing strategy
with Plug.Test and Mox. Updates README with Day 3 section and concept map.
