feat(tui): show collection path relative to repo root

Replace absolute dirPath with a path relative to dbPath in the
collection list panel. Add collectionRelPath helper for the
filepath.Rel + fallback logic.

Add home_test.go covering collectionRelPath, shortenPath, and a
renderCollectionList smoke test.
